Our story

Since its inception, Francois Blanchard, Adm.A., an SME growth accelerator, has been driven by the desire to better support Quebec SME owners at every stage of their business's life, from startup to transfer. Led by François Blanchard, Adm.A., a manager and consultant with over 15 years of experience, the firm initially developed around the DynamiQ Program, an "SME growth accelerator" combining 360° diagnostics, strategic planning, and process optimization for leaders often overwhelmed by day-to-day operations.

Drawing on best management practices, particularly those promoted by the Quebec Order of Chartered Administrators, and on concrete needs observed in the field, the company has progressively structured its offering around four main pillars: successful start-up, optimal growth, turnaround towards growth, and SME transfer. Today, François Blanchard, Adm.A., offers personalized, flexible, and accessible support, both in person and remotely, to help business leaders secure their decisions and maximize the long-term value of their company.
